Intellisense/reshaper in Visual Studio for C# does not work

I do not have the constructor overload options and the method options appearing when I code. And just a few of the code snippets working and even not as in the Mosh’s video course…
I have installed Visual Code 2022 from Mosh’s link.
I have installed Reshaper It did it from jetbrains.com ?..
I have also installed Productivity Production Tools from Microsoft msnd.

I have looked the options menu -intellisense -general reshaper selected

Does someone would have any idea where could be the proble.

I use VS 2019 Community, no Resharper, yes Resharper is good, but I think for learning purposes stick to the basics

I would uninstall the Resharper, install VS 2019 Community for the time being
