I am starting the Java fundamentals part and I can’t seem to find just the word Java alone to continue the tutorial .

I rather use Eclipse but I’m pretty sure you just have to give your project a name and click create and it should be fine.
I don’t know when did Mosh create the Java tutorial but when I took the ASP .Net one, the interface and some of the features had changed. Don’t let such details stop you.
