Issues with the Teachable platform? Yeah me too

Hello. I simply want to reset my progress “check marks” for Mosh courses. I see no way to do it. Google says to go to User area → Student Progress. But there is no user area. Anyone have this problem and a solution? Teachable Customer Support is non-existent except for a bunch of FAQ pages. And of course they have nooo phone number
