If Mosh isn’t responding then maybe you could try Teachable? It seems to be the system that hosts his courses and takes payment when you click through to subscribe, etc, and it’s the Teachable terms of use (linked from the end of the payment page) which talk about rights to refunds, although whether or not you meet those criteria isn’t something I could answer. https://teachable.com/ Terms of Use | Teachable
