I have been a member since 2022 and finally decided to upgrade to the Full Access subscription! I am writing here because I haven’t received a response to my previous emails or contact form submissions.
I have a few questions regarding the user experience and the refund policy:

Navigation: Why am I required to navigate to the “Members Area” every time I want to access my courses?

Display Glitch: In several areas of the website, courses still display a price tag. They only appear as “unlocked” inside the Members Area. Is this intended behavior?

UI Suggestion: Is it possible to hide the “Lifetime access & deal” page for Full Access members? It feels redundant since I already have access.

Refund Policy: Regarding the 30-day money-back guarantee: If I were to request a refund on day 29, would it still be honored “no questions asked,” even if your internal processing time takes it past the 30-day mark? And how would I make that request exactly?
I love your teaching method and I am happy to finally have full access, though I wish I had done it sooner!
