Charged 4 months after being refunded

In January I cancelled my subscription and was refunded, with an invoice to confirm it. 4 Months later the money was taken out my account and sent an invoice for all access subscription. When I log into my account I can’t even cancel anything and none of the all access courses are available.

I have contacted through the portal 3 times, messaged on X and emailed the support email address and no reply can anyone help

I know this may not be what you want to hear, but for anything billing it needs to go through teachbles support as they are the ones that take payment, they can take some time to respond.
