Is it best to cover the tutorials thoroughly before starting with the exercises or should I watch them once and then tackle the exercises? There’s a saying, that for every 10 min of planning you save 1 hour of work. Does this method apply to programming?
I believe this is highly subjective. Different people work best with different teaching. I’d suggest you to try both and see for yourself.
Generally, Mosh is putting the exercises right where he expects you to try them out and in many of the courses the next video gives the solution. Also, he often builds upon what he wrote before so moving on without completing the exercises can leave you frustrated. That being said, you are free to try whatever method works for you.
Thanks guys, I appreciate you taking the time to help me!
