Taking React 16 or React 18

I have a doubt. I want to learn react but mosh have two courses on that . One is react 16 and other is react 18 but with typescript. And this is not completed fully another part yet to release . And I found somewhat React 16 is more comprehensive.

Does React 16 and React 18 differ much ? And also I am planning to learn typescript in future . What is the correct path to go?
->React 16
->Typescript
→ React -18
Or
->Typescript
->React 18
Please guide me …

Jump right into react 18. Use typescript through that course. Life will be good.

Yeah mosh says you can jump into react 18 without typescript, but JS is a prerequisite.
