Python Package Index Virtual Environments in VSCode triple dot missing error

I don’t get it I’m trying to do the thing he said in Python Package Index number 5( Virtual Environments in VSCode)
I click settings …

then I get here

I can’t find the three dots mosh told me so I type the thing so the type the thing the @edu guy said and click the button around the red circle (I cant make this a comment to a problem for python course lecture 9 running python code because of me being a new user )

and I still don’t get what I want (I’m trying to follow Python Package Index number 5 Virtual Environments in VSCode all because the three dots are not there what do I do

Problem for python course lecture 9 running python code

I just started the python course and I am currently on lecture 9, it says if I am on mac, I have to open the json settings, but I don’t see the 3 dots Mosh said I need to click, to open settings.json.![Screenshot 2020-11-12 at 10.58.54 AM|690x304]the(upload://8GKMFlgwGwK4jJVTqrVHLwBfUEM.png) btw the 3 dots on the top right corner are not it.
