Django Course Part 1 Lesson 6 Integrated Terminal - SOLVED

If I go to the Command Palette there is no option for python interpreter in the drop down.
I’m using VSC on a Mac ssh to my remote ubuntu machine on which I’m writing the code.
I can access the files and terminal, I just can’t set it up integrated so runs in the virtual environment.
I’m suspecting an extensions problem but I’m a bit of a novice at this.

Apologies for this its SOLVED
I hadn’t installed the Python extension even thought I’d done quite a few projects.

Thanks, as it turns out I was wrong anyway. So I’ll amend it accordingly.
