trying to install bootstrap and following the import and I get an error “faild to compile”.
update: after doing a-little research, I found out that I had to stop and restart the server 
Whenever adding or removing an external package or module, be sure to stop the server beforehand, otherwise some files may not get modified due to permission error resulting in a faulty installation.
