All access membership

Dear All,

Using the 'Holiday Deal" I bought the All-Access annual membership paying 125 USD today in the morning. I paid the fee using a debit card and entered my email address [email protected].

Even after many hours, I do not have access to all the courses and all I can see is the few courses that I bought eariler individually. Using a link sent by teacable I can see that they have received the 124.50 USD and my debit card compnay app confirms that too.

I have written an email to them, pasted this problem on Mosh’s facebook ad for this “Holiday Deal” and sent them messages from teachable contact me form, but no one bothers. It seems that I made a big mistake buying annual membership from such a team who takes people money and don’t care if they get access or not let alone replying messages and emails.

Is there anyway to solve this problem?

You have written to me that you have no record of my purchase but when I communicate with the payment chanel that was used for buying this annual subscription they tell me that Mosh says that I have already been provided to all material on your website which is wrong because I have access to only to those courses that I bought individually from you. I still do not have access to the subscription that I bought from you almost 11 months ago. Is this fair that you took my money and did not give me access to the courses? You can see the screenshots attached with this email.

Please provide me with an annual subscription for one year from today and be a good human like you are a good teacher.

No, it has been almost eleven months and I don’t have access yet. My debt card company says that Mosh claims that I have been provided a full access and at the same time Mosh says to me that he has not got money although I have provided him proof.
