Mosh seems to be using a cmd window, however his window looks far different than what mine looks like. Which tool is it that he’s using in this video?

He mostly works from the command line. Or terminal window. He works on a Mac and has changed his command prompt a bit so that it is colorful and more informative for working with git. you can do the same with Windows but it is a bit tricky.
