What can I do to access my Course

I purchased a Course last week but I can’t access it. I sent an email to teachable support but it doesn’t look like I will be helped. After reading through messages here, I’ve realised that so many people went through the same problem. So how dI I go about it. Kindly help me and please @Mosh sort this issue out so that people don’t get frustrated over and over again.

I recently purchased a course, but the email on my account was entered incorrectly as [email protected] instead of [email protected].
