Unable to Replay my course videos

I enrolled and finished the course in python mastery but needs to keep going back to it for better understanding. However, I can’t get my course videos to replay. I use linux , fedora 38 . It played fine once, but now I keep getting the message “We had a mistake around here” “Try playing this video again or visit our help center” “1-0004”. I have tried several times but each time I get the same result. Can anyone offer me a help please? Thanks.
