Ultimate Java part 1 or 4 problem

Hi, I’m having problems with part 1… I downloaded the intellij program like I was supposed to but when it can time to download the Java Development Kit 12. All I could find was version 17 available outside of it being an update. JDK 17 was also the one in intellij offering as a download. I’m stuck on part 1 of 4 How Java code gets extracted. I’m having problems when i try to put in the java. please help… I don’t want to move forward without for filling this task first. I would also like to add that I own a laptop that is running off windows 10
