I would like to address an issue with one of my accounts (not this one). I canceled a monthly subscription a week ago, but on the last day before renewal, the amount was deducted without my knowledge, and the subscription was renewed. I don’t know what else to do. I would like to cancel this subscription immediately and request a refund.
I have sent an email to customer support, but I don’t know when to expect a response.
