Stuck in a UX loop with support please help!

I raised a support request via the contact form on code with Mosh website. I got an acknowledgement email back with a link to view the ticket, it ends with number 42641

when i click it i’m taken to https://codewithmosh.freshdesk.com/support/login

I use the same email address and password as my Code With Mosh account, but this doesn’t work.

So, I then try to register. It asks for my NAME and EMAIL address, I enter these and use the same email as I used for my Code With Mosh member account, it tells me the address already exists! So, I can’t log in with the credentials it says already exist! WHAT?!

So in desperation I tried to set up a new account for the support desk website, it only asks me for my name and email address, it doesn’t ask to specify a password. I fill out email and my name and click “register”, the page reloads onto the login page with a green banner telling me i successfully registered, and below this it asks me for my email address and password to log in - but I can’t log in because a) the registration process didn’t ask for a password, b) no confirmation mail was sent confirming the registration.

There is no other way to contact the admins.

This is an absolute joke of a user experience.

Can someone please help with an alternative contact to sort this out please
