I encourage you to apply to roles you want and don’t wait for part 2 to be available.
You are never going to have a perfect time to apply for the job if you wait to have a complete knowledge of something.
Just try to convince interviewee that you have sufficient knowledge to work and curiosity to learn new things if needed because that is all that matters when it comes to get a job!
And remember you can’t know everything ever!
It’s just not possible. Sooner you realize this better it will be.
