If you only need python, yes. But a lot of applications use frameworks or libraries. So… It depends.

You’d have a good understanding of the language, i’d assume.
Do his exercises and take notes, then yeah you can. You’ll probably need to google a few things when start developing apps but it’ll be easier to understand.
