In the website I can see the HTML and CSS course, but when I bought the course I only got the HTML5 and CSS3 course, what is the difference? Can I use HTML5 and CSS3 without any experience in HTML and CSS?

This is fine. HTML 5 and CSS3 are the current versions to be used and know anyway.
You don’t need to know previous versions of HTML/CSS to learn because Mosh is going from the beginning.
