I bought the lifetime course on November 27, 2025 (6 days ago). However, I need to cancel my subscription. Since I bought it 6 days ago and haven’t started any courses yet, I believe there will be no problem canceling and receiving a refund, right?
I tried to do this through the Memberships & Subscriptions area, but it is empty, the page is broken, as you can see below:
As they promised that it’s ok to get refund during the 30 days so it should be OK but honestly I don’t know they aren’t responding to any of my messages and I see people complaining about the same thing some even have been trying with the support team for weeks and no actual action

Check this; it might be helpful. I think you can ask for a refund through Teachable because ‘Code with Mosh’ is considered a school there. Or, as they say, if you feel you are eligible for a refund but the school refuses to give your money back, you can contact the Teachable support team through this email.

They responded after I left a low rating on Trustpilot and sent an email to Teachable’s support team.
I don’t know which approach was more effective, but it worked. The course was canceled and my money was refunded.
