Saw another person post the same thing in 2021 but didn’t get any answers. Mosh shows on his screen that he has index.js and on the right side console. Is it me or does he skip over a lot of stuff? Might be mistaken but I’m starting to feel like i’ll have better luck with youtube at this point.

Are you asking how to move a browser window around? Otherwise please clarify your question, refer to a course, section, lesson and/or to “another post”.
From the screenshot I’d say mosh just moved his browser window into the viewport of his screen recording software to show the code alongside the browser console. It doesn’t look like a console integrated into VS Code.
