I don’t use GitLens but GitGraph myself.
That said from your screenshot it looks like CodeLens adds an extension to the left menu.
So if you do not see it, it is possible that you need to enable it explicitely by right-clicking on the left menu in an empty space.
Alternatively, you can try Ctrl+Shift+P and type codelens in there you see if there is an option to enable/display anything related to the plugin.
