Best way to take the react course?

Hello guys, wanted to ask what effect strategy could i take when learning the react course, I am already done with part one of it and was wondering if i could just finish them other parts before i start my solo projects on my own. My fear is that if i start doing side projects now, i might loose track of the current progress of the course forcing me to rewatch some of part one vids. I would love to here from you guys how you did it especially in this AI era

I followed along into the vigorousness notes. Reviewed them after each section and a few times later just to reinforce concepts. No matter what you won’t absorb everything. It helps to absorb as much as you can so at some point down the road when you run into certain challenges, you might remember that there are solutions.

But in my experience some of the use cases of some of the topics I’ve not even run into after years. But when I did run into them it really clicked. If you have to go back and watch stuff. It’s not a big deal. But you’ll definitely learn more if you immediately try to apply what you learn. That could mean going back-and-forth between the course and your project. Or completing the whole course then going all in on your project.

If you’re learning on your own, the best thing you can learn is how you learn. Then lean into it.
