I did not connect to the course side of this platform for a while but I did a few seconds ago and I saw the same screen for a few seconds.
Everything works fine on my end.
You may want to open dev tools to understand what happens.

403 Forbidden. So you have no authorization to reach the site.
The thing is it is on sign-in endpoint. I was already logged in when I tried.
I try on another browser.

EDIT: Clear your cache and try again.
