Unable to fetch the databases tables

Hello,

I am unable to fetch all databases from the file , only one database is fetching , while 3 are not as in the screenshot below :

Can someone help me to troubleshoot or fix this issue please ?

Restart MySQL workbench.

I am having the same issue, even after restarting MySQL workbench

restart the mysql server from services (on windows )
