Redux course - issues again

I am not sure if I am the only one but I keep having issues with this course over and over again and it makes learning difficult. First the file given to us is pretty much uselesss, because after installing the redux dev env it doesnt open the local host. My guess is because I am using the latest version of node and not the one in the course.(not sure though), also after installing lodash it throws an insane amount of vulnaribilities that I cant deal with. In the course it works fine for Mosh…anyway to update this somehow…this is becoming unejoyable and really hard to follow…if anyone had similar troubles…how did you manage to solve it?
