I followed the entire course of the course on html, I installed prettier but when i want to use it, I do not find it in the command palette. someone can tell me reasons why please?

I realized, most of the time Prettier is working fine. just that we did some error in our coding, and Prettier will no function if there is error in coding. just that happen we rectified the code error, after did a series of troubleshoothing, and we though the troubleshooting works.
