My support ticket, which was submitted on November 15th with follow-ups, was Closed about 23 hours ago without any communication or resolution from the support team

Hello everyone,

As a lifetime member, I cannot believe that I experienced something like this.

I submitted a support ticket on Saturday, November 15th.

The issue is with the lack of communication:

  • I waited beyond the stated response time and sent follow-up messages on November 19th and 21st.

  • Despite these attempts, I never received a single reply from the support team.

  • Upon checking the ticket status today, I see that the ticket was officially closed about 23 hours ago, without any communication or resolution of the matter.

Has anyone else had a ticket closed without any response from the support team? I am concerned about the handling of this time-sensitive request.

Same issue, I submitted a ticked on November 24th, the ticket was closed in less than a day without any comment or resolution. Reopened it, sent couple of notifications and still nothing.
