I need advice from you guys. I requested a refund for almost 2 weeks but got no proper solution

I posted on this forum a few days ago, but I was somehow muted and cannot post anymore. Therefore, I have to create a new account to post. Hopefully, this time I will not get muted.

I need advice. The customer service for my refund request is very bad.

What Happened:

  • First Ticket: On November 15, I requested a refund right after purchasing the course on October 28. I got the “We received your refund request” statement, which stated that “Typically, refunds take 7 - 10 business days to process.“ But it’s been like 11 days, as you can see in the picture below. I still have not received anything. I sent follow-up emails, but I got no reply, and they closed the ticket without fixing the problem.

  • Second Ticket: I opened a new urgent ticket on November 23. A representative member clearly said they would check and send me an answer by November 24.

  • Now (November 26): That date has passed. I have gotten no feedback at all. They have ignored all the emails I sent from the 15th to the 24th.

  • I am not so sure whether they are actually working hard on my ticket, because I have received no updates, no refund status, or any progress from them. I do not know what to do anymore.

I am very disappointed that they keep missing their own deadlines.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you finally get them to help you?
