If you are talking about the subtitles, they are in the toolbar under the video when you are hovering over it.

I need the written subtitles in order to translate it into Arabic.
When you play the video, click the first box on the bottom righthand side, then there is a ‘Turn on subtitle?’ switch just set that to yes
