Lifetime Subscription Discrepancy

Last year I enrolled in your Lifetime Plan. I just noticed that my payment says payable yearly, even though I have a Lifetime Access plan. In your “Lifetime Access” description it says “One Payment. Lifetime Access” and “Unlock All Courses. No Recurring Fees --Ever.

Can you clarify why I have an annual payment since my Lifetime Access should have been one payment only?

Thanks

Hi,
This is indeed how I understand it.
It clearly states it is not a subscription.
Hopefully you get the answer here, because it is interesting info.
I would definitely go for that lifetime access even without discount should the promise be respected.
Now there is also a promise of 3/4 courses per year. Should it even be updating existing courses (which I believe is a ton of work), that would be fine. Unfortunately it does not seem to me this is met.
Cheers.

@Mosh @codewithmosh Any updates on this? Thank you

In my recent situation, I have an annual subscription that was labeled as Lifetime Access for renew. All emails I received described the renew as Lifetime Access, even one email with subject “Receipt for Lifetime Access”. This was not the case, annual subscriptions do not transfer into Lifetime Access. I’m not sure why the company is offering subscriptions that are not even available through their website, lifetime access is the only option for a long-term subscription. So I get grandfathered in to paying more money than I need to?

From support:
“Apologies for any confusion this may cause; however, we have just started the Lifetime Access, wherein we will no longer offer monthly & annual subscriptions. With that, it means that any previous subscription/s you had will not automatically transition into the Lifetime Access. You will still have to make a one-time payment to buy all existing and future courses.”

Well I’m definitely confused! @codewithmosh please do better! Your communications are clearly incorrect.
