I want to refund for my Lifetime Access purchase

I am writing regarding a refund for my subscription. I already reached out to [email protected], but I did not receive any response. I also contacted [email protected], who informed me that this matter is outside their business.

I need to get a refund as well! This is incredibly frustrating. I too have contacted out to support and they state “we have just started the Lifetime Access (previously the All-Access plan)” which is a complete lie. I provided receipts that specifically state Lifetime Access! I’m trying to resolve this issue amicably, but have not received any follow-up message from Mosh and team.

I don’t all of the routes we can take, but here are some things we CAN do.

File a BBB Complaint

State Consumer Protection Office

  • If you’re in the U.S., find your state’s consumer protection or Attorney General office (e.g., Connecticut AG) and submit a complaint.

File a Dispute with Your Credit Card Company
