How to get the panel of icons to display in VS Code when creating a Python program

In Mastering Python lesson 1 video 5 - creating your fist program, Mosh says to include an icon but does not say how to launch the icon selection pane:

Can someone please advise how to do this

Hello!
For Windows, you can open the emoji menu via pressing Win + .
In case you’re a Mac user, it is Ctrl + Cmd + Space
