How do i fix this?

So i ve been messing around with my code a bit, but i cant get the background flush with the entire page and its because of whats going on with my content border. does anyone know how to make sure that the content stays within the scope of the background image and doesn’t exceed it? i don’t want white space on the top and bottoms of the page
