Find the minimum, maximum, average and compare the sum of odd and even lists of five numbers

Obtain list of numbers.

Is this an exercise in the Python course or are you asking a generic Python question? This has the look of a homework assignment and/or a programming interview question (entry level, but still).

Full disclosure: I do not have the Python course myself, so I am just guessing.

I know some python but honestly, I do not know what you are trying to ask, if you want
some help for troubleshooting, at least show us some error information, so please offer some more details so we can help you

Also, since this is Python, the spacing matters considerably, so just dumping the code without formatting is pretty unhelpful.

You should be able to format Python like this:

oddList = []
evenList = []
for numsCounter in range (1,10):
oddNum = eval (input ("Enter your odd number: "))
evenNum = eval (input ("Enter your even number: "))
oddList.append(oddNum)
evenList.append(evenNum)
print("Minimum number in the Odd list:", oddList[0])
print("Minimum number in the Even list:", evenList[0])
print("Maximum number in the Odd list:", oddList[-1])
print("Maximum number in the Even list:", evenList[-1])
print ("The Average of the Odd list:", sum (oddList) / len (oddList))
print ("The Average of the Even list:",sum (evenList) / len (evenList))
if sum(oddList) > sum(evenList) :
print("The sum of the Odd list:", sum (oddList), " larger than the sum of the Even list:", sum (evenList))
elif sum(oddList) <sum (evenList):
