Err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch

Hello, I hope somebody can help me.

I was just logged in to the member area of the Code With Mosh website (https://members.codewithmosh.com/courses/) and suddenly the website isn’t loading anymore. Instead I get this error message:

This site cannot provide a secure connection.
members.codewithmosh.com uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol.
The client and server do not support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Is there a way to fix this and have the website running again? Or should this be fixed by Mosh?

Hello Nelson,

I’m so sorry to hear you’ve had trouble accessing your courses!

I’m seeing you as having access with the email address you’re writing from. If you are still having issues we recommend trying a different browser, clearing your cache, or going in incognito mode. These typically solve the problem.

Also please remember to make sure you are logging into the “Members Area” in the right hand corner of your screen, and click “Log in with Teachable” rather than just “Log in.” Please also make sure if you are trying to access a course within a Series or Bundle you are clicking on the individual courses in your Courses section, or it will ask you to purchase them again. Do not try to access these courses through the Learning Paths page or you will be asked to purchase them again as well.

If you are still having issues after that, let me know and I can try and assist!

Thank you so much!
