Hi, no help here, but I have the same issue. Was working fine and suddenly when the page refreshed I got this error as well. I also send a message on the forum:

Hello, I hope somebody can help me. I was just logged in to the member area of the Code With Mosh website (https://members.codewithmosh.com/courses/) and suddenly the website isn’t loading anymore. Instead I get this error message: This site cannot provide a secure connection. members.codewithmosh.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH Unsupported protocol.
