Docker course - start, stop, restart, loose data

It appears that the instructor thinks that you will start and finish the course in one setting…most people don’t do that. So you follow along, create files, folders, change settings, and then stop for the day. When you restart the next time, all that you previously did is gone. There should have been a video on how to save and restart, without creating a new container.
