Check that you really marked every single lesson in your course as completed. Including the text “lessons” about learning paths, the forum, social media,…
If that doesn’t help firstname.lastname@example.org can issue the certificate for you.
I think it’s an internal issue, I also finished a course but no certificate was given. And yes I double checked if every lesson it’s complete. But it’s kind of annoying to not receive the certificate as soon as you finish the course and to have to wait for the support team to issue one, and also about the extra work the support team has to do for every student.
