Custom Icons and Drag-and-Drop Issues in VS Code

Today, I started with zero experience in HTML and CSS part 1. In the section where Mosh creates a separate folder for “images,” this folder also changes visually. After that, he drags an image into this folder, which does not work for me.

Now, I have two questions: First, how is it that his “index” and “images” folders change into something like icons, while mine only display as plain text?

Second, why can’t I drag an image into my “images” folder? Mosh drags it towards the folder and drops it, but unfortunately, I can’t do that. Can someone help me with this?

Hello,
Are you using VS Code ?
I do not remember. i did not pay attention to such details.
This is unimportant, really (at least for the icons).
You could install extensions with different icons. Maybe is it what happens.

Drag and drop not working though is not mandatory but still a nice quality of life feature.
I think this is provided by VS Code thus I don’t understand why it wouldn’t work.

i just tried it and it works perfectly.

Make sure you observe where the focus is given before you drop the file.
In such case a video capture of what you are doing could be great to understand and help you.
