No, this is so frustrating. I can access the course using my linux laptop as well, but not my windows laptop. And there is no customer service. I swear this is my last course I will get from here.
OK, I cleared all data include cache in google chrome. Now I can access the course. If you also use chrome, go to privacy and security and clear browsing data.
