can someone help me to guide for proper install and configure the environment (i have only localhost and not particular host) .

A public host isn’t required to send mail from localhost. Verify a sender address in SendGrid, create an API key with Mail Send access, and put the key in an environment variable rather than your source code. Then use the package and configuration shown for the course’s framework. If it still fails, share the error and setup code with the key removed.
