Building for production section

I am having issues with my command terminal. This is what was returning when i tried to type node -v and it happened again when i typ

ed npm init -y.

When i typed npm init -y

[eelsholz]

Sounds like npm isn’t installed or can’t be found. Do you need to install node/npm on Windows?
