I would suggest having a flag for the lessons in courses,
we normally can have a different understanding of lessons and want to flag certain lessons to come back to it, or because of the importance frequently return to a certain lesson (s).
also, to give the student a roam to put his comments or his understanding in a text box for each lesson.
