Issue with apt command on Mac M1

Hi, I cannot execute the command apt, I get the error below. What am I missing?

I know nothing of Docker, but apt is a typically a debian linux OS command for package management. You are on a unix based OS so that will not work. I believe homebrew package manager might have it, but you will need to install homebrew first.
