Fixed it! Just needed to start all over again and delete some apps and install my sessions app, which helped fix both my admin and migrations.

I tried to install django on windows 10 but having issue ValueError not a valid path, do you face the same ? What are you reinstalling ? I have been reinstalling like 5 times but still stuck
Hmm. I did not see that error, but it seems like you need to add Django to your path or delete Django and reinstall it.
