Connecting to Metro bundler failed

I always get this error when i try to run my expo project. please what is the current acceptable solution to the project?

Could not get status from Metro bundler. connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:19001
Connecting to Metro bundler failed.
Error: Connecting to Metro bundler failed.

In the expo folder in the course app, maybe check the port assignments? My setup is working with these port assignments:
expo ports
