Can't access content within course

Hi. I just subscribed today. I can access the content page and the index of the courses but when I click on say part ‘1.1…’ on the right of the screen appears momentarily several white lines and then these disappear resulting in NO content to be studied? Am I missing something with the firefox settings …? Thanks for any quick assistance. cheers
